I know i've mentioned this in a reply to another thread, but Metal Gear Solid 2 : Substance refuses to work on my PS2. I only find it weird because it's not one of the troublesome 'blue bottomed' disks, and all my other silver ones work fine. The Document of Metal Gear Solid disk works fine. Does anyone else get this, or is it just me and my crap disk/ps2?

nope, mine worked perfectly (even though my ps2 is trashed and takes 5 mins or longer to load a cd after it is put in the drive) maybe your copy is messed up. you could take it back to where you got it and get a refund

Is your PS2 chipped because Konami released MGS:2 with an inbuilt devise that detects chipped consols and won't load up because of that !!!
