It's true! I myself have met dozens, and I was the only legit person...
Anyone else with similia findings?

no, i play with americans 95% of the time, nearly all of them have been legit, because of the times i play i dont often see many EU people even though myself im from England, i have alot of American friends, so keep your narrow minded self to your self, as no one wants to hear your opions if they a directed towards a country in such a manor....enough said.

I think it would be fair to say that the majority of Americans do cheat, but certainly not all of them.
Most of the spammers and hackers also happen to be from the US.
I have noticed that the people who pretend to be legit but in fact use dupes are mostly American. This could be true for Jp players also, but I wouldn't understand them if they were claiming to be legit
Thankfully there are still many nice legit US players (some of my legit clan happen to be American). Every nation has their share of muppets, it's just that there are a lot of US players out there, so you see their's a lot more often.
I don't think a topic directed at a nation like this is one that should be kept open as it will probably lead to flaming (read Locco's post above mine >.<) but as I am not a mod all I can do is watch...
