Please can someone help me? I need to know which UK internet service providers for an anytime connection, do not charge extra to play PSO. I would be ever so grateful for some replies.

Thankyou

By anytime do you mean a 56k service that can be used for as long as you want, for a single monthly charge? If so then I know Blueyonder never charged me extra and am pretty sure most ISPs won't. They don't really have a way of knowing if it is your Gamecube or PC that is doing the dialling as far as I know.

You may get more help if you post this in the Help!! section, but I am sure a friendly mod will be moving it soon for you...

I use Virgin.net, but there are many others such as BT or Freeserve (Or Wanadoo as theyre now called), and many others. I honestly can't think of any ISP's that do a monthly (Anytime) system that charges you extra for playing PSO online. Just the BT PAYG system that PlaySEGA informs you bout when u sign up for a HL (Seperate terms n conditions n wot have u).

However u shud contact the ISP first b4 decidin if they are the people 2 sign up with if u wanna play PSO Online to make sure it will work. Some ISP's do not let unknown systems access their servers (Such as Nintendo Gamecubes!).

I use Wanadoo Anytime, its OK i guess. It cost £15.99 a month with the first 3 months caosing £7.49. The bad thing is the darn thing disconnects itself every 2 hours...grrrrr.....

Thats typical for a U.K. Dial-Up ISP. We all have that trouble. I do, annoying when ure trying to do a quest and ure reaching that time limit!
