I got 2 mem card with pso on them but one has the lisence on it is there a way to play with the other card?

Yes there is! All you have to do is enter the same exact information you put on your first memory card, as well as the same serial number, access key, and password.
If you forgot your password, just look on your first memory card in options, if you look at your info, it should say your serial number, access key, and password.

uhhh ivan would that cost twice the money since your using two memory cards.

I only use one memory card's network options and just load them when playing with another card if I want to go online.
