i have a plantian leaf legit and magic water how do i make the plantian leaf more powerful.

to combine the item u must be able to use the final item before u can combine them
for example
Plantaian leaf- required mst- 590
Plantaian fan- required mst- 630
Otherwise u cannot combine them
