It never dies..
Recently,I played the game on multiplayer again and got addicted to it(again
).I had almost forgotten all the secret levels,characters,etc...(Good thing I have to whole game beat with the bonus stuff(Without hacking)).
I'd just like to share views with other people about their fav. characters,levels,and fighting strategy,how far have you gotten in the game(Even if it is old=P),etc.
My strategy characters include Link,Ganondorf,Falco,Marth and Roy,those are my favourite players,and for my fav. level,I play Last Destination alot,mainly with bomb items selected =P
I've beat the whole game,the only thing I don't fully have is the trophy collection.
Also I'd like to know ur records..
How far have you gotten in the events,how many secret characters,trophys,with how many lives can u beat V.Hard..

heh, i know how u feel. I recently started playing it again. Strangely enough i got a trophy a few weeks ago, i cant remember what it was for, but something to the extent of playing one mode a LOT of times! I also uploaded a few snapshots i had saved on my memory cards from the Snapshot mode. It was the first game i got for my Gamecube, and will probabily be the last one i play, whenever that time comes!
I normally like playing on the levels where that moves a lot, such as the F-Zero tracks, or Poke Floats! Pokemon are also great when theyre the only item switched on and set to appear heavily! Collect the Coins has to be the funniest match type, it doesnt matter how many times you die, so you can go crazy and still win!

I know..late response(Was away).
Yes,Coin mode is 1 of my fav. modes.
About pokemon I used to like them,until recently I got completly issed off while fighting the AI on max difficullty.It's like this:
Me:mwhahaha *Trows pokeball .
*Fish comes out.
Them: *Trow pokeball.
*Raikou and Zapdos come out.
Me:*Closes his eyes
It seems that on harder difficulties the AI keeps getting the best ones,that's why I removed the pokeball from the item list..
1 thing that annoys me about the AI is that it's so bloody lame on lv. 9,I mean,not because it's harder,but because the game registers the AI's hits first(It's hard to explain..),like,I'm already slicing somebody,then they give a punch and guess what?They're the ones that hit.
And no it's not a dodge-hit atack or a counter either... I used to play coin mode alot though,but my fav. has to be stamina mode.
EDIT:Sorry to go off-topic but this question always bothered me.Lee why don't you use a mag here on the forums=P

Stamina mode is good, but they shud have an option where u can set the amount of health, like 2000 or sumin so its not over in 10 seconds :p
And i do know what you mean, it happens often with us all, but you learn to live with it! XD
I hope they put all the goodness of ssbm into a sequel aswell as some new stuff when they decide to make one. I can imagine ssb on N5, oh it would be heavenly! Wonder what it wud be like on ds....
And i dont know why i dont have a MAG, oh well! Maybe ill just save that little space for something special one day lol

the only one i remember is when you clear the target test with all 25 characters...i wish i could be of more help though....

oh thats fine.
the character that i kill with is samus (duh)...
i have found a cool game to play within smash bros that i play with my cousin all the time. first put stock on whatever, then turn off everything but the pokeballs and the party ball. put item quantity on max and then pick the smallest stage you can find. don't even worry about attacking your opponent just release as many pokemon as you possibly can. i'm talking complete chaos.

what kind of skill is that? I prefer no items for a straightforward fight. Items are ok but to see who is the best player, turn off items! If i am playing with items, I take off starman cuz thats just cheap.

its one of the all time greatest cube games. it never gets boring.
when i get bored i just do a 99 stck match against level 9 cps. it great you end up with like 200 kills at the end.
