rangers have a bunch of really good weapons, the best i'd say is justy and the frozen shooter, most ppl like the spread needle and various mechguns though

it does quite good damege, the best part is its special attack which has a very high chance of freezing and hitting does roughly the same amount of damage as its heavy attack

Frozen Shooter and Snow Queen have a 100% chance of freezing their targets.

you can only pick up the frozen shooter, the snow queen you get by using a photon booster when you have a frozen shooter +9 equipped and it changes into the snow queen

well for a ranger frozen shooter as u guys have already suggested and for a hunter the Asuka is pretty good too

For my hunter i use any sort of double sabre (Stag Cutlery to be exact.)
