sorry for double posting but i'm not getting a reply and i might not have made myself clear enough i mean the one in the deck building/trading room where the guy says we handle important matters here 2 or something what is the point of this or is it only for online stuff

Hah! Step aside my friend! I shall explain to you the wonderful significance of that counter!
That counter is probably ones most favorite place to go to. In very rare occasions online, you may get a card called a VIP card(I hear naming your game VIP actually raises the chances of you getting one, yet to be verified, though). You may go to an auction at that counter, in which you and a couple of friends may auction for cards that will show up on the screen in turn. It is a very good way to get some S-ranks, and SS ranks, and it it very fun, unless two peoples bids cancel eachother out, then no one gets the card. But it is a very complicated procedure, when you actually are auctioning, but trust me, there are some rare cards there..

As explained above, the guy at the counter is only usefull online (for VIP auctions indeed), but has no use offline.
Its just as the card seller: hes only usefull online as he doesnt sell cards offline.
Yet again a ST trick to get the players online

The auctions are pretty good, i've done quite a few (one was my own) aand usually as far as i've found, they give about 1 or 2 S/SS cards up for grabs. Best i have ever seen is a hildelt, but i know that Delbiters come up frequently...

Delbiters come frequently in general, I mean once you get to level 50 they flow like wine.
