Tips for a Beginner - Heavy_Arsenal - 07-10-2004 If you are an extreme beginner as i see you are, either be a HUmar, or a RAmarl, both of these are very good and i would stay away from forces unless you want a big challenge or have played other rpgs before, if you like guns be the RAmarl and if you like close combat be the HUmar, with really big swords. Either way i think it is easier to start with a ranger first as you can hit from long range but hunters are very good too. If anyone else wants to give tips for a beginner force go ahead because after having lots of experience and lastly creating a force, i think our common knowlege of pso might be overdoing it. All i have to say is practice until you get the jist of the game. Tips for a Beginner - pierre - 07-10-2004 I'm really looking forward to this as when i found my old dreamcast the other one of my mates gave me a copy of PSO so i thought id give it a go. Pierre Tips for a Beginner - dnd - 07-10-2004 my 1st char was the hunewearl i found it hard at 1st, make sure you know the 3 hit combo(a,a,a after about 1/4 second or 1/2 second after the 1st a) and ummmm..... also when u die depseit ur masata afterwise all the masata well b gone Tips for a Beginner - Judgment - 07-10-2004 My first character was a FOmar. I found it nearly imposible at first but then got the hang of it. But it would definatlybe better to be a ranger or hunter first time around Tips for a Beginner - Sheik - 07-10-2004 lol...I learned by playing as a FOmar, talk about scary...just try to get good at dodging so you use less mates. Tips for a Beginner - Ria - 07-10-2004 When you're at a low level and a hunter, try to not attack enemies head on. Try sneaking behind them, will save you mates/TP It's what I do with mine if they take a wallop of HP when hit :S Tips for a Beginner - Judgment - 07-10-2004 yeah you need to learn how to avoid enemies attacks if your going to be a hunter. Tips for a Beginner - azurevipa - 08-10-2004 i started with a hucaseal their preety straight forward 2 start with but now i started a FO im finding it hard im just not used to using techs its a whole different ball game to being an android! Tips for a Beginner - Judgment - 08-10-2004 yeah being force in the begining sucks but the results later on are well worth it |
