I have Heard it was psycho wand but i have one of those and all it powers up if the Ra team (rabarta, rafoie, razonde) and when you att with it, it takes away your hp....and really sucks because im a foneweal and my hp is really low.....?

If you want true Force weapons, I'd say go hunt for a Psycho wand but the drop rates are shite. If you want melee- or gunner-Force weapons, try S-Rank Twin or Inferno Bazooka respectively.
That said, my opinion is a little biased because my only FO (a FOmarl) uses her Inferno Bazooka almost exclusively.

twinkle staff is gd to but thats a just a little weaker than summit moon but adds ten percent damage to barta,foie and zonde, all u need is a wand plus 15 and a star amplifier.

I would say there is no best Weapon for Forces. Nearly Every Forces Weapon got their own special abilities and its depends on how you are playing your Force to say what weapon is best for her.

Psycho wand is best:
It boosts RA spells.
It cuts TP usage by half!
BUT, it takes the full amount from HP.
Attack is +400
(E.g if you used reverser for 20TP, you would use 10TP to cast, but lose 20HP. understand now?)
