latest theory that I know of is is slay 20,000 enemies without unequiping it. Atleast I think its 20,000.

It's 23 000 kills and you can unequip it all you want, what matters is that you get the finishing blow on enemies.
And yes, 99.9% of SJS and TJS are hacked.

so how do you know when u'v reached 23,000 kills? I've read somewhere that there's a counter but, I don't see one.

The counter is kinda encoded into the SJS...
You should be able to "use" the SJS after hitting 23,000 kills.

only skyly can find the SJS from gigue and the drop rate on it is really bad thats why so many are hacked
