kinda wondering, are they found in ultimate or what? What time or ID do you have to be to find one? I kinda want the Heart Of Chao...Can someone tell me where they are please? Thanks.

You will only get them online on special Events like Halloween(jack o latern) or christmas (Christmas Present). In this two items you can radomly get some Mag Cells.
