you do all the quests you need to AND you MUST unlock the Ruins as well!

Just beat all the quests then maybe it will turn up
EDIT:and unlock ruins means to be able to play in ruins, eg doing mines caves forest getting the pillars lit

beat all the quests regardless
if u have plus, ull get a really annoying mission without spells and the most annoying music(cdfs)
