Simply check out the drop charts on the main site, as well as at the IGN FAQs. Look under the correct difficulty and Section ID for drops.

To get the katanas it is beating Hard dragon. It is very hard to get.... ~_~

Depends which one you are going for:
Agito's can be found in Very hard and upwards, but the real one (Agito 1975) is only in ultimate and is a bitch to get.
Sange is got through piping Lilies with certain IDs.
Yasha.....well, we'll let Kefka explain that one, I cant remember the INSANE drop rate for it.
Akaikos Frying Pan....get from getting WEAPONS emblems and approvals through different quests.

Oh yea I remember doing that quest now. It said "Picked up Sange" or whatever, and I'm like YES I GOT IT!!!!!!11 Nope... but I have it now anyways.
