1) PROTO REGEN GEAR SUCKS ASS!! Regenerate Gear is better, it actually recovers HP. RGAdv gives Hp and TP though.
2) Regen Gear Adv. is a seperate item.

I dont think any of the Regen Gears have good defensive powers. And I know they have bad EVP, whihc is technically whats needed to use the Regenration of it. (when you block an attack, you get health)

Reagn Gear Adv. is a FOs best friend.. my Fonewms Tp is well over 2k and i just cast Jellen and Deband and sit in a group of enemies and poof you get full tp in less that 30 sec. that is as long as the enemies cant hit you

Just get Evade Materials (an easy job for me!!) and use them on a FOnewearl if you want a good use for RGAdv.
