*sighs* this was no doubt brought about by Ria... but i could be wrong... either way the act is done, no need to blame.
The best place to find lillies is more than likely going to be in either Waterfall of Tears or Blackpaper... i suppose you are looking for Mil Lillies?

The best quest for piping lillies is Waterfall Tears, where you can end up with 9 lillies in a room at once (near the beginning of C2 in a circular room).

Remember that in the circular room you must go to both the locked doors to reveal the other 5
(both you and Ria missed out on putting that detail in! How alike! lol)
