I usually sit down to some turkey bacon (yes, turkey, its healthier :p but still tastes good), eggs (only every other day) and waffles or bread ^_^. If I'm in a rush, I pack some waffles which can be eaten by hand btw . oh, and cereal is added whenever I have time .
