On the description it says that as you use it, it becomes more powerfull (or something like that cuz i don't play in english so it's not that easy to transale it), but i've used it a lot and it became more powerfull just when i grinded it (stupid joke)

There isn't one, it's just part of the description. Like the Last Survivor supposodly "protecting its bearer in any battle." It's not too special either.

Unless you're into moldy-looking overgrown toothpicks, then its completely useless.
