Took me a while to figure that one out too. Just extra accuracy... try comparing it with an identical weapon with no hit%, you will see a difference in ATA. Apparantly, a lot of people love high-hit rare weapons... I didn't understand why until I got my first hunter into Ultimate (who has accuracy problems, unlike my RAmar).

For every hit% point, you gain 1 ATA.

I always thought it was like the photon percents work:
+50 ATA and 50% Hit.
50% (hit) of 50 (ATA) = 25 (ATA)
50 ATA + 25 = 75 ATA

The percentes are misleading that you can first think how much ATA you will gain with the HIT % is based on the ATA of the weapon. But thats wrong ^^

I think that special attacks hits easier with better ATA!!!
But im not sure...
can some one tell me if its true...
so that if me friend hav a justy with 25 % hit, his special(½ hp) will work more often :O ??? is that so???

Yep you will hit more with a special attack when you got more ATA
So the more ATA the better you hit

hit weapons are incredibly effective at lower levels and on FOmars
