Rares are actually defined as 'R' cards apparently. Cant remember where I read it, but they are. I think anyway.
In reply to your question, no I havent. I got 4/8 R crads once though. That was a good pack, got NUG2000 and Flaming Visit from that pack.

I got an amazing pack today!
Out of about 7 cards, I got Grass Assasin and Baranz (the blue one). That was a good pack. I also got another R4 card in that pack, but I cant remember it.
