I'm a Bleufull FOnewearl and I want to make a special mag
it's said I need Def+dex=Pow+Mind . If I have a 25/25/25/25 mag, will he turns in a rare mag ? Do I need to be somewhere special ?

if this equason is tru (pow+mind)=(def+dex) at lv100 it will tern into a savitre.
