I just got an error message while playing PSO Ep3. It told me to look inside the Instruction Booklet for help.
It told me there may be an internal error in the Gamecube!
I have no idea what this means, but please could anyone help me? Has this happened to anyone before, and if so, what did you do?
Mainly....DO I NEED TO BUY A NEW GC? I was saving for a leccy guitar!

What exactly happened?

What message appeared on-screen?

Heh, I tested the Gamecube out, and it worked perfectly apart from the screen was flickering. But that was the scart lead...

The error message was: 'Error has occured. Please turn off the system and refer to the Instruction Booklet for more help'
It wasnt exactly that, but I cant remember the wording. It was something like that anyway, along the same lines.

Ah i see, so problem solved?

Im guessing the screen went completely black while you were playing the game, with the text in the middle of the screen saying roughly as you have posted above. Its not rare, seems a common problem with those who own overused Gamecubes!

Wink

Indeed, that is what happened.
I think it was overused quite a bit, I had been playing 5 hours straight, and was playing it till midnight since crimbo eve! :$
