You'll probably just run into (or "trip over", if you prefer
) them eventually. I found two of them so far... no other sword rares. :ermm:

You can get the Last Survivor by a Nar Lily (as a Skyly) in hard mode).

Step 1:Get a skyly to hard forest
step 2:do "Fake in yellow"
Step 3: Pipe Rappys
Step 4:Get mad b/c they PD you
Step 5:Repeat steps 3 and 4 until you get a Last Survivor. Or you could just do what Kefka said, one or the other.
