if you want to find this special weapon and u r a bluefull you must play in ultimate, and kill a hildelt in this beat time:

thats all....I also have another weapon: custom ray ver.00 if you want it and are a bluefull play in hard mines from 531 to 535 (beat time)

it's probably just coincidence. I had 4 pal rappy appearances in less than an hour (too bad none of them dropped the agito >_<)

Yes the beat time is just used in order to set up online meetings. Giving an international stantard of telling time.
