It means that the human mind can decipher a word if it is jumbled up... Only the first two letters have to be in the same place... No removing or adding letters too...

I saw it in a puzzle 'gallery' in a town. It had loads of puzzles in it, holograms etc. I thought it was cool but couldn't get it/find it on the net. Then someone sent it me in an email a few days ago and decided to post it.
