Yikes! thats bad. well all the pso game cases i have seen, the serial/access key was on a little sticker inside the case, not on the booklet. so just check in the upper part of the game case to see if its there, and if you see a little place where a sticker looks to be ripped off then its gone.

if that doesnt work ill send my old one but i dont think it will work since i have already been online with it D: if ne1 knows if i can, say.

Did you buy the game pre-owned? If it was new, go to the place you got it from and complain!

Also which episode is it? If its Episode I & II, you can buy Episode III and use the serial number & access key from that game for Episodes I & II aswell, and will work just fine - also works vice versa. If you dont want to play Episode III, go and find someone who has got it and borrow theirs if theyre already playing Episodes I & II and using that SN/AK to play Episode III!

or go to a used game store that has the game on the shelves...

snag a peak inside and viola...

i know it will suck for someone out there...

but that's your moral argument...

Ummm...you do realize that if someone buys that copy of the game that you stole the access key from and tries to register it and can't. Then they can file a dispute against you with Sonic Team. So if you do plan on snatching one than take the whole sticker. I'm not telling you to, it's your own moral decision.

But on the topic, if you need to then I'd try to return the game where you got it and see if they have another copy at another location, or try to return it and get a new copy of PSO+ if they carry it. Other than that you can try what Lee said, but it'll cost ya. If none of the above works then I can try and get an old access off of one of my friends who quit PSO. But that all depends on if they still own it. Either way, if you have no where else to turn then PM me and I'll TRY to find you one. But I can't make any guarantees... :'(

you wouldn't be able to steal the numbers from a new game anyway.
at all the gamestores i've ever been too, they put the games in these thick, plastic covers with a lock (and the key is at the register, usually), so even if you did steal the game, it would be a pain to get it out.
also, all new video games are plastic wrapped, so in order to make it look like no one opened it, you would have to bring a hair dryer and a new wrap to wrap it in after you've stolen the sticker with the serial # and access key.
even more, most stores have cameras/large curved mirrors so that the people at the register can see the whole store.
so IF you managed to break the plastic case, and IF you got the sticker, and IF you somehow managed to get a hair dryer running without being heard, you would still have to not be seen.

take it up with Sega. from what i've heard, they're starting to become less lazy now, even claiming they're going to crack down on hackers.

no...

The number on my edition is at the back of the booklet, literally, on the outside cover. It's in a white box, along with the access key, hope that helps. I would spare you my ep.3 one but i dont know whether im allowed to... also i handed that back... i took down the numbers in case i met sum1 like you, lol! Also it may be highly illegal and stuff...
