As far as i know... the answer to this question is no.
If the same hunters license starts being used twice at the sametime, the person who was connected first and playing will be disconnected when the second player using the Hunters License connects.

i think if you have xbox you can have 2 players on one system playing online at the same time i havent tested that yet tough plus im not shure if thats what you wanted to know at all but still
