i just got a striker of chao and you can get it to ill tell you how.
First you you need to have online.Then you must start the ttf quest go through the teleporter and pipe back. Then go to the med center and there will be a shiny light in the left corner up at the top.Take it and it will take you to ruins 1 and go through the door and the waterfall will be there.Equip it then go stand under the waterfall and stand there it will give you a series of messages just skip all of them and then a chao will get on it and it will say the brach of paku paku turned into the striker of chao.

yes i think it is it has a nice dfp mst and other boosts and it gives double range in shifta and deband
