Join me in my charity fundraising 24 Hour PSO-Marathon!
Yup thats right, im going ahead and doing this after some very positive feedback ^_^
On Saturday, March the 12th 2005 (The day after Red Nose Day (Friday 11th March)) i will be up and playing the Nintendo Gamecube version of the Phantasy Star Online titles.
By doing this, i ask for your co-operation. No matter where you live, or what your doing, i ask you to donate a small sum of money (No matter how small, even if its just a pound or two) to the BBC's Red Nose Day Charity. Donating anything you can spare will be used wisely by the charity as it has done with over £337million it has already raised in previous years, opening 7000+ projects worldwide to help those in desperate need. Click Here to see what they've already accomplished and where your donation will go.
Depending on how much you donate altogether as a sum, i may well stay on PSO'in for even longer, but as a base, and to say thank you for your donations, and to raise a few more, i will be playing throughout the morning, afternoon, and eve of the Saturday in question. During this time you can feel free to come online to check and see if im still there (
) or join in on the fun and games alongside me for as long as you like, whether it be simple adventures, quests, battles, challenge modes, or even CARD Tournaments!If your wondering why i am doing this on the Saturday after Red Nose Day instead of on the actual day, as you'd expect a Saturday is a much more popular day for people to be free from other personal situations, such as school, college, university, or work *shudders*, so you are able to get in on the action aswell... even if you didnt donate anything.
To Donate:
- Go to: http://www.rednoseday.co.uk and click on 'Donate' in the top right hand corner of each webpage.
- You will be taken to a screen with basic information. Fill in the relevant details.
If you do not live in the UK, but would still like to donate, let me know and ill find out how its possible (Hopefully!)
- When you have filled out the relevant info, click 'Process Donation' where you are taken to the payment page alike Attachment #1!
- Select which currency you would like to donate in and then click on the kind of credit/debit card you are using to donate (VISA, Mastercard, Switch Solo, VISA Purchasing, or JCB).
- You will then be asked to enter your card details. Click the relevant button when you have finished.
- Your donation is complete and you'll be shown a webpage alike Attachment #2 (With the transaction number left in!) - Yes that was from MY donation!
Please post below when you have donated and how much! I will only be doing this if there are some donations mind, i dont normally have a spare 24 hours!!! Ill post up my schedule so you know where to see me and what ill be doing later on next week ^_^

Tell you what. I'll give ten pounds IF you can prove that YOU BEAT MY RECORD!
That means; no toilet breaks, no breaks whatsoever, no getting up, no pausing with disc covers open, annnd....eating is only permitted if the food is brought to you and consumed while playing with at least one hand.

Oops, sorry, its actually VISA purchasing... whatever that is, my mistake :S
Im sure they do take Electron though, i swear theyve used it many times before... maybe thats just another name for it, it is VISA Electron... ah well
[EDIT] Well according to this webpage, you can pay by Electron aswell as American Express! Dam fools! Ill contact someone lol
