Players will sign up (not yet though), and be given a number. A random number generator will pick out 16 numbers needed to enter the tournament. Depending on which rule is chosen, these will then be faced against their oppenents. If they number of entries is far greater than expected, I will try and arrange a second tournament. If another tournament takes place, the two winners will go face to face, to battle it off to become the Champion!
One last note, there will be no need to worry about times as they will be specified to meet the player demands (in simplar words, a time which both contestants can make it).

I knew quite a bit of HTML, used to make alot of sites! Mostly Anime and DBZ. Id have to revise on my HTML if I was going tomake a new site, cause Ive forgot most of it
. And I didnt create the number generator, just edited the HTML 
to fit its purpose.
