PSU confirmed? - mr_shoe_uk - 17-03-2005 I've been hearing about PSU having been confirmed today, but only for PS2, Xbox and PC. This seems pretty odd (didn't the PSO on xbox do a lot worse than the GC version? As well as many people expecting it would be on the next-gen consoles), and I can't find any direct information from Sega, so I'll leave it for now. PSU confirmed? - Teh EkwEE - 17-03-2005 Well, as far as Sega is concerned, it seems like this is something they would do. Not giving us PSU. I can understand X-Box with Live support and all. But none of the PS franchises have ever been on Playstation (if you don't count the re-make of PS2 they released only in Japan that is). Even with that Sega, once again, is making what they think are good buisness choices. There is FF11 for PS2, that's the only MMO they have and even it did pretty bad here in the U.S. PSO is not very well known as it is, even to Gamecube owners. The chance they'll get anysort of fan base on PS2 is slim to none. Why is it in ST's nature to be so retarted? PSU confirmed? - Namillus - 17-03-2005 Likely that these are rumours, actually. Ragol and PSO World would have news about it otherwise. Plus, the most recent news I've seen said that ST are still working on the game engine... EDIT: And right on cue, PSO World and Ragol put news up about this, from a Japanese source... gah, are Sonic Team really so stupid as to screw over the GC Gamers who were introduced to the Phantasy Star Universe (Woo, see what I did there?) through PSO? At least I was right about one thing, though: Specific characters rather than player created characters... PSU confirmed? - <<Snowfox>> - 20-03-2005 Sonic Team no longer exists. I don't see any possible way for it being released now. PSU confirmed? - Phantom_RAcast - 20-03-2005 erm ST still exist..o.O PSU confirmed? - Fabo Craven - 20-03-2005 Quote:Sonic Team no longer exists. I don't see any possible way for it being released now.where did you get that information because it is completly wrong. PSU confirmed? - ShadowNinja X7 - 20-03-2005 I'm really pissed that PSU isn't coming to gamecube. Sega screws us again.
