You need to have Ruins unlocked too because the second half of the quest is in Ruins. So if you've already done DSP then you have to turn on the 3 monoliths, beat Vol Opt and enter the first room of Ruins (passing through the gate thing after Vol Opt).

I did all of that, lemme check. I beat the mission and all the three pillars, beat Ruins.
I suppose I have to beat Osto's and Unsealed Door, and maybe Knowing One's Heart.

whiteninja, Doc's Secret Plan takes place entirely in Ruins, so you'll obviously need Ruins unlocked to play it in the first place.
I suspect it's Doctor Osto's Research and Unsealed Door you have to beat.

It probably is those 2 quests you need to do. I would doubt KOH, because that quest is kind of irrelated to all the other Ep1 quests.

my friend has this problem too. He couldn't get Soul of Steel either, I don't think he got it yet seeing as how he's not really playing much anymore. My advice is just do all of the quests and you'll eventually get it.

Rescue alt was the last mission that i did but now i have done them all on ultiamte with my Hunter lvl 140 and my Force lvl 130.
