I've encountered the ultimate Dal Re Lie. I have been defeated by him once.
His armor is to strong for my weapons. It takes an 30 mins to break his the armor on his face. I have no problems with dodging the purple balls, rocks, and exploding spikes. What I have trouble with is breaking his freakin armor and avoidind his purple beams. He sends them out one after another. What can I do to dodge his attack?

This will sound really weird, but run around in big ovals. Try to stay sideways from him most of the time.

train more and just try to have alot of healing items. you may need more stretgh.

I just took his purple blasts. Got up, Resta'd myself, struck him a few times, fell down. Rinse and repeat.

Yes, the running in ovals works most of the time. Out of about 10 blasts, he only hits me about once. Though I'm not sure because I have never been to that dificulty, it has worked every time I've fought him.

Yeah. Ovals, and whatever you do DONT LOOK AT HIM!!! HE WILL HIT YOU AND HE IS REALLY REALLY UGLY!!! YOU FEEL LIKE A SMALL FLOATING BACTERIA IN A TOILET ABOUT TO BE...well..I'll stop here.

okay on ultimate you cant dogde all the beams he fires. You need to be able to survive one and heal yourself to higher hp then what he does to you so he can hit you again. Thats the secret to living against Da Ral lie. Hes a real pain in the ***

I have a question that could actually go here, so rather than start a new thread, I'll just post it here. I haven't played EP 2 in a while (since before my mem card corrupted) and I was fighting the Gol Dragon on V.Hard w/ my one char and got kinda scared when I saw three of him, and that I could attack all three. What are you supposed to do when this happens? Do you have to beat them all?

one is the real one and the other 2 are fakes. hit the other 2 and they will disappera to leave the real one alone again.
