Yeah, but you also have a good chance of getting a monomate. Monomate = Flaming Poobag compared to other awesomeness that you can get from photon drops.

No, you bring a certain amount of PD's and then he ask you if you want some certain item and if you dont he'll go onto the next item, you can keep on saying no till you get to what you want, of course you need the right amount of PD's to get certain things, like you cant bring one PD and expect you get the fake nei's claw
