1. what the heck are the mags we have in our profile and how do i raise them and no... im not talking about the mags in the game... oh im new and how we put signatures?

They're just things for our amusement, but they don't do anything special.
You can't ask about how to raise them, there's a Sticky in each forum section saying that. Please read the rules.
For a sig: Go to the "User CP" (upper left of web page), and go the part that says "Edit Signature."
