im quite desperate to see CCT im an offline player and im a PAL player so im in a bit of a pickle here so i was wondering if any one would help me getting to CCT i will mail some memory cards through to anyone who is interested and i will pay for mail fees and i will give 5 dollars for your troubles if anyone is interested please reply

If you are offline and you do not have Plus, you have no way to get to the Control Tower, unfortunately. You can buy Plus for $30 (although I dunno if it's available where you live), and you get the tower quests along with Central Dome Fire Swirl for Episode 1. Other than that, your only option is getting online.

The only way you'll be able to play on the Control Tower offline quests is by importing an American NTSC version of Phantasy Star Online, Episodes I & II Plus, and by owning a Datel Freeloader, allowing you to be able to play import games. Simple!

Nope, its only been released in Japan, and then America something like a year later. There's pretty much no chance in SEGA of Europe releasing it here anytime soon!
