i am coming up to the point where i nearly have a full 99 photon drops, and i am planning on changing Both of my frozen shooters into snow queens with photon boosters when i get online, one for each of my rangers ( RAcaseal, RAmar) i just wanted to know if you think thats a good idea or if you think i should save the photon drops for something else, or only change 1 into a snow queen.
