YAAAAAA for me all i need 2 know is how much and where i can get a modum how much it cost's monthly (in USA...) and about the language block in the game because that will have big affect if its not a good language/cussing blocker

For a Dial-Up GC Modem adapter, itll cost u the same price as a full price accessory (However much that is in America). You may be able to find them in some Games stores, otherwise try eBay!
Monthly it'll cost you $8.95 to play Phantasy Star Online for a Hunters License.
The language used on PSO is supposed to be minimal. The game censors out all types of swear words (And some strange words!), although it wont block the spelling of swear and curse words through symbols (I.e. |< for K!).

And also if you space letters out you can curse easily, it's a pretty pants word blocker. But hey, it allows you to err, express anger?
