Alrite, i got a rappy's fan the other day, and i ws checking its stats and beside the 9 stars there is a green star....wat does that mean?? IS it just becuse its from a monster or something??

All enemy parts have 10*. The first 9 stars are light blue and the extra star is green/blue. It's the same with all items that are more than 9*.
