After endless quest (not that many compared to what other peopl have done)... I have found a handgun:Milla!!! its really awsome and it has got 20% to hit...This make it the best month of pso I have ever play...but I have also fallen in love with the handgun and I dont know if I want to transform it at lv 100 when I ever get there :S
