I know the soul banish is better but i'm not sure how u get it. I think the same way as the soul eater execpect u have to do it on ultimate,But i'm not sure so don't quote me on it! :S

I'm assuming you'd only want the drops for it of your two sections IDs so..

That's the only way to find it with those 2 characters of yours. But lucky you that's not a very eye-bleeding drop rate now is it?

The Ragol.co.uk weapons database says that the Soul Banish can use Grants or Megid. Does it only take HP if you hit, or is it every swing. Im not sure which, because I know the Soul Eater only takes HP when you hit (I have the Soul Eater!

No, the Soul Eater only takes HP when the special is a hit. And steals HP slowly when the character that has it is moving. The Soul Banisher steals HP wether it's special hit's or not, and steals HP slowly even when the character is idle.
