I don't think there's a PSO out for the PC right now, but there will be when PSO Blue Burst comes out (which is fairly soon).
If there is one out for PC right now you'd probably be better off waiting for BB anyways.

I have it on my computer but it was a very large download. I can either find a link for you or somehow get it to you.
