yep you need a barrier to use it with before you can equip it. It could be a good asset but it wont be a normal barrier for every day use.

no but the increased range of anti isnt needed most of the time.
the stats are bad so youll take more damge from enimies.

Amp of Anti + Assist Barrier = Anti Merge, 2x Anti range. It's stats are low and it's basically useless (especially offline) because Anti's range is short already. It is a nice find though.
