Frozen Shooter special misses A LOT - A.S. - 11-05-2005
I was told by sources on the site the FS will never miss, however when I fight Sinow Berills/Spigells, Gees, and even ep 1 enemies like Vulmers the Speical missed. I have 209 ATA, and strongly disagree that some people think FS cannot miss.
Does the FS special rely on ATA?

Of course it relies on ATA, motherfucking duh !
Like any weapon in the game (except technique casting ones)
