Do RA's have better animations in anything?
I was playing with a photon launcher for the first time on my RAmarl and I seemed to notice a significant increase in speed than that of my RAcaseal, and I think her animation with shots is also a bit faster?

Animations are not really dependent on class.
I can sum it up for you...
Sabers: Males > Females > FOmarl.
Katanas: Females are a bit faster, no major difference.
Knuckles: Females (HUcaseal is different, but not better) > FOmar > Males > FOmarl.
Claws: RAmarl/HUcaseal > FOmar > Females > Males.
Daggers: All chars > FOmarl.
Swords: Males > Females > FOmarl.
Partisans: Males are slightly faster, not by much > Females > FOmarl
Double Sabers: Males > HUcaseal > Females.
Paired Swords: Females > Males.
Slicers: Females > FOmarl > Males.
Handguns: RAmarl > Others > FOmarl.
Rifles: Females > Males.
Launchers: Females > Males.
Shots: FOmarl > Females > Males.
Mechguns: All chars > FOmarl.
Wands: FOmar > Males > Females > FOmarl.
Rods: FOmar > Females > Males > FOmarl.
Cards: FOmarl > Females > Males.

That's just speed of the combo right? Not which ones are actually better?........because I could have sword females had a better sword animation and twin-saber animation.....

It's best overall, which mainly includes speed, yes.
Female Sword animation is way inferior to males', it's slow and static, ghastly.
Female Double Saber animation is slower, yeah, and less aggressive.

Yes. FOmarl animations are just terrible.
But handguns: FOmarl > RAmarl > Others > ^_^

Basically all the animations I thought were best I had backwards, WTF?.....
Well once my RAmarl starts doing Waterfall Tears runs for Nars and Devil/Battles, the animation won't matter much, Besides nothing can stop my Red Sword so it doesn't matter.
