well i found a lvl 24 on ult ruins but i might have just been lucky but otherwise i guess mayb ult ruins...

I know people such as Kefka that told me finding Megid 26 is impossible to find in Temple (Alpha), but I am almost sure I did. Anyway, Seaside and R1-R3 are apt for finding level 29 Megid (28 is R1, and Seaside). Try R1 to find Megid though, appears more often there, as well as Seaside, don't even waste your time in R3 looking for one. R2 has 1/100 chance of gettign Megid 29, Seaside and R1 have 1.5% chance of getting Megid 28.
