No MAG cell can be obtained offline, or of line... e.g., no drops list a Mag cell offline, not even in GC/XB offline (or, of line XD) missions.

Mag cell mags or special mags can't learn PB's, so you just have them learn the PB as a regular mag before you evolve it to a special/mag cell mag. Simple solutions to simple problems.

Heh, I thought I heard somewhere that Mag Cells have to be used on fresh, un-leveled mags, but I guess that isn't the case. I'll have to get a cell when Halloween rolls around.

Ah yes... I'll have to take a look at a FAQ sometime to see what cells I can find on Halloween. Isn't one of the cells during Halloween the hamburger cell or is my memory a little messed up?
