Don't do it, they are still banned according to the server, so if you pick one up it will instantly force a disconnection because the game will think the item is hacked.
Stuff like PDs are fine, since they're available elsewhere in the game, it's just the exclusive items.
Hopefully Sega will fix this soon by unbanning all the items, until then, don't pick them up. It can't be nice to be soloing a 9- quest, and then get disconnected right at the end :'(
