Tournament Information - Proj3ct_Zer0 - 21-09-2003 The Tourney will be held on: Sunday 28th at: 4PM GMT / 708 Beat Time This is: 5PM BST / 11AM EST If you need help figuring out what time the tourney is going to be held at for your time zone please use this easy program: http://www.timezoneconverter.com/cgi-bin/tzc.tzc The tourney will begin 15 minutes after this time to account for any players running late or having trouble logging on. The finalised player list and brackets can be found here: http://www.ragol.co.uk/tourney Please confirm that you are able to make the tourney be replying to this thread. Don't worry if your name is not listed you may still get a chance to play if someone cannot make it. During the actual tourney this page will be updated with the results as they come in. The admin for the tourney will be: Sol The 2 main referees will be: Proj3ct_Zer0 & decswxaqz The 2 reserve referees will be: Junon & Bradd0rz There will be 2 games running at any one time for ease of co-ordinating everyone and updating the ladder on the site after each game. The administrator will stand in the lobby with the players waiting for their game and shout out who should be playing next and what their game is called. The referee designated for that particular bracket will then create the game (e.g. bracket 1/2/3 etc) and wait for the players to join and get them fighting. The winner will be chosen by the best of of 3 rule. During the game, the referee will be walking around. Just take no notice of the referee as they are only there to observe what is going on in the match. The two main reasons being to make sure no cheating is taking place and so that battle reports can be writen up (more information on the reports will be given out soon). Here is an illustration of the layout to make things easier: ![]() The overall winner will have a special image created displaying their characters name and uploaded to the site, and a few special bonus prizes. Thanks and Have Fun! Note: Entries will still be open until Friday 26th September. These entries will be put forward as reserves incase a player cannot make it.
