My cousin from florida just discovered PSO and want to create a user name in here, but we would have to use the same computer... is this possible, why or why not? She would also use the sn at her house in florida when she returns home...

You can use different browsers to make it more user-friendly.
The usual rule is one account per person and one person per account, but remember that if we ban either of you, both will be (same IP address).
